PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing personal data obtained through the website of the address: www.adwokat-torzewski.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
- The owner of the Website is Adam Torzewski, who conducts business operations under the business name: Kancelaria Adwokacka Adam Torzewski, ul. II.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
- The Website enables the visitors (hereinafter: the ”Users”) to contact the Law Firm through a contact form (hereinafter: the “Form”).
- The Users’ personal data is processed by the Law Firm in compliance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council number 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”).
- The Law Firm uses relevant technology and organisational measures to ensure the safety of the processed personal data.
- The Users provide their personal data and express consent to their processing of their own free will. Providing personal data is not a statutory or contractual obligation, but it is a necessary condition to send the Form to the Law Firm effectively.
- Consent to processing personal data provided by the User can be withdrawn at any time.
- For persons who are under 16 years of age, the consent to personal data processing must be expressed by a person holding parental authority or a legal guardian.
- The person whose data is processed has the following rights:
- the right to access their data and obtain their copies further to art. 15 of GDPR;
- the right to correct their data further to art. 16 of GDPR;
- the right to have their data removed (”the right to be forgotten”) further to art. 17 of GDPR;
- the right to restrict their data processing further to art. 18 of GDPR;
- the right to data portability further to art. 20 of GDPR.
- In order to exercise the above rights please contact the Law Firm at its mail or e-mail addresses as provided in the preliminary provisions of this Privacy Policy. The User can also send a relevant request through the Form.
III.
CONTACT FORM
- The Law Firm processes the personal data provided by the Users solely in order to contact the Users in the relevant case and send a reply to the message after expressing consent by the User.
- In the descriptive part of the Form the User writes a message / enquiry to the Law Firm as precisely and concisely as possible, ensuring the anonymization of data.
- The Form is filled in order to send to the Law Firm the basic information about the case and obtain legal advice. Filling in and sending the Form is voluntary and not binding, in particular the fact of filling in and sending the Form does not result in any financial obligations or any other obligations for the User or the Law Office. The terms and conditions of obtaining legal advice in the case are settled directly with the Law Office.
- The Law Firm processes the personal data provided by the Users solely in order to contact the Users in the described case and respond to the message after expressing consent by the User.
- The Users’ personal data is processed further to art. 6 s. 1 item a of GDPR, i.e. in connection with expressing consent by the User to such processing.
- The Users’ personal data will be processed until the aim of their processing ceases or the User withdraws their consent.
IV.
AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY POLICY
- The Law Firm reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
- The amendments come into operation upon their publication on the Website.
